Eco-Lógica Perú is an association of individual organic producers, organic producer associations and several NGO’s. The association was set up in 1998 with the main goal to define efficient strategies for the commercializing of local organic products.
This video explains and visualizes how to organize and set up a street market by showing the example of the “BioFeria”, a local street market organized by Eco-Lógica Perú. The video contains interviews with different stakeholders involved in the “BioFeria” and explains step by step which requirements have to be fulfilled in order to successfully build up a similar local market initiative.
